Jean-François practices training therapy. From optimizing mobility to getting back into shape and rehabilitating after surgery or injury, he can certainly help with a variety of life's problems. With joy and good humor, he takes what he does to heart and goes for it without looking back. His ongoing training keeps him up to date on training practices, and he's always eager to pass on his love of exercise to those around him. He loves to laugh and take care of people, always with simplicity.

A nutritionist and fitness instructor specializing in Nordic walking, Marie-Claude is renowned for her vitality, energy and ability to motivate her troops. Her motto during her classes is to push people to surpass themselves, to get out of their comfort zone in a fun and good-humored way. She considers the pleasure of healthy eating and physical fitness to be 2 essential pillars of optimal health and general well-being, and loves to share her passions, knowledge and experiences with those around her. Marie-Claude's mission is to ensure that everyone who comes to experience Nordic walking leaves with a sense of well-being and physical accomplishment. She wants to transmit the contagious pleasure that will lead them to make Nordic walking, and physical activity in general, a way of life.

 

 

 

Danielle loves nature and She likes being outside working out.
After 27 years as a company director in the oil industry in Quebec's Far North, Danielle decided it was time to devote herself to some of her passions: physical activity, well-being and the outdoors.
After teaching Pilates on the floor and on a reformer in a studio for a few years, she now wants to pass on her knowledge in the great outdoors. In 2021, she obtained her Nordic power -Canada trainer certification. Since then, she has been offering and leading Nordic walking sessions for all levels and according to each person's limits.
Looking for new challenges, she completes her training in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga (RYS 200) and SUP yoga with Juna Académie in 2022. She enjoys offering dynamic Nordic walking sessions that include yoga postures and Pilates exercises to optimize physical activity and the wellness effect of nature.
She aims to make her classes fun and stimulating, focusing on helping, encouraging and motivating.
It's a real privilege to be able to share her passions with the aim of helping participants find a balance between body, heart and mind, in the midst of nature.

MJ is a mature West Island fitness professional who loves walking with participants. From Nordic walking classes to HIIT circuits, this trainer extraordinaire is sure to please and keep you working hard!
