Schedule & parks
The courses last 75 minutes and follow this format:
- 5 minutes of muscle and joint warmup ;
- 55 minutes Nordic walking (distance of about 5 km interspersed with intervals of higher intensity, as well as strength and balance exercices) ;
- 10 minutes of meditative walk ;
- 5 minutes of cool down and stretching
- No two courses are alike; circuits and exercises are modified every week.
- Takes place in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
- The groups are small (maximum 12 people) so as to personalize instruction, enabling everyone to progress at their own pace.
Intro to Nordic Walking
At the beginning of each session, introductory classes are offered so that participants have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the Nordic Walking technique. If a person wishes to join the group after the session has already started, an individual meeting is organized.
We offer classes to groups of employees at lunch time, before or after working hours, or during team meetings. Contact us and we will organize a program (poles supplied).
We offer several different packages :
- Nutrition (conferences, workshops, cooking classes)
- Nordic walking classes during lunch hours or after work
- Nutrition package et nordic walking clinic.
First edition, from August 14th to 17th 2017 with a group of 10. We will be hiking the Charlevoix Half-Crossing, a 60 km trail over 3 days and 2 nights in refuges.
